NOTE: Transporting units can be very helpful. The measurement for the number of units that can be carried is cargo units. Armor and artillery require two cargo units each, while infantry require only one. Carriers can carry fighters and helicopters, and destroyers can carry helicopters, both fighters and helicopters require only one cargo unit.

Structures
You can also build structures in Debacle, but be warned, any and all structures in a territory are captured by your enemy when they capture that territory, and can use them at will.

NOTE: Fortifications are an easy way to increase the defensive power of your units. However, fortifications are fixed, and cannot move.
