Round Order
This section describes what you do on your turn, the Action Sequence, outlined below. Once you have finished the entire sequence, your turn is over. Then the next player goes next, and continues like this until all players have finished a sequence, at which point a round of play is done.

Action Sequence Outline
During a turn, a player performs some or all of the eight parts of the Action Sequence in the following order:
1. Diplomacy
2. Purchase Combat Units.
3. Combat Movement.
4. Resolve Combat.
5. Non-combat Movement.
6. Deploy New Units.
7. Special Plays.
8. Collect Income.
Each of these steps is explained in detail as follows:

Diplomacy
In Action Sequence 1,

Purchase Combat Units
In Action Sequence 2, you may buy new units using the IPCs you have available. You don't immediately deploy these newly purchased units, instead they are deployed in Action Sequence 6 of your turn. The price of units are shown on the Units page.

Combat Movement
In Action Sequence 3, you may now move units you already have deployed into territories and/or sea zones that are occupied and/or owned by an enemy. When you do this, it creates a combat situation, which will be resolved in Action Sequence 4. You may move into as many combat situations as you wish during this Action Sequence. However, each attacking unit may only be involved in one battle per turn. At no time may allies attack each other. To attack an ally, you must first change your stance towards them in Action Sequence 1 to enemy or neutral.
